What is a mold inspection?

     A mold inspection is a comprehensive look into the entire structure to identify any red flags that might lead to mold growth, identify the cause of the suspected mold growth, and give suggestions to remedy the situation. When mold is suspected, samples are taken and sent overnight to a laboratory for analysis. A complete written report with photos and the lab results is prepared with easy to understand explanations, so you don't need to be a chemist to understand what you're dealing with.

      I am an Environmental solutions Association ( ESA) certified mold inspector and mold assessor. I have completed advanced mold training courses. With the use current tools and technology along with years of home inspection experience, I will perform the best inspection the industry has to offer. 

     Mold is a fungus. The main purpose of mold is to break down dead materials; there are good molds and bad molds. Some molds can cause serious health problems in healthy adults, but the affects can be far more serious to  individuals with compromised immune systems, children, pregnant women and anyone with allergies or asthma.
